Agnès Rovira is a change catalyst with more than 20 years of experience. She has led brand strategy at leading international advertising agencies, consultancies and research firms such as 14/DDB, Kantar Added Value Group and Ipsos ASI London.

 

He has also led creative strategy for VW-Audi group of brands, iconic names such as Levi's, Dolce & Gabbana and Jack Daniel's, and created the strategy for the first Super Bowl campaign of the Barcelona-based brand Wallbox.

She is passionate about collaboration and innovation. And she has created her own out-of-the-box brands® methodology and network of international strategic and creative talent to build magnetic brands that generate growth and value.

She also enjoys sharing her knowledge through teaching at universities such as the Barcelona School of Management at Pompeu Fabra, Durham University and at Brother School of Creatives and Escacs Cine Direction School in Barcelona.

​Cristina is Specialized in brand strategy and growth, with over 20 years of experience driving brand transformation and value creation in both local and international markets.

 

She has led brand and communication strategies for organizations such as Meliá Hotels International and Google, working across sectors including hospitality, retail, and technology, among others.

 

Her approach focuses on turning brand ambition into coherent positioning and activation with tangible business impact. She works at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial vision to unlock growth opportunities.

 

She feels particularly connected to the hospitality and lifestyle space, where experience and business must move forward in alignment — although her background allows me to bring value across diverse sectors where brand plays a key strategic role.

Executive Creative Director.

 Xabier Liceaga has more than 25 years of experience in the market and a long international career, having worked in five different countries, both in multinationals and in independent agencies and for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW, Unilever, Old Spice, P&G, Canal+, Diesel or Adidas.

 

He has a degree in Communication from the University of Navarra, Spain, and a DGPA Master (Direction, Script and Audiovisual Production) from the same University. He has attended the Leadership Program at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership and the 2013 Digital Master Class at Hyper Island in NYC. Xabier has been a lecturer in a great diversity of forums such as the IAB Day in Colombia, the IAB Forum in Uruguay or the IAB Digital Summit in Ecuador, and a professor at different universities and schools in Spain and Latin America teaching about interactive and digital advertising. Finally, he has won more than 60 creative awards in national and international competitions.
